Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association is a Non-Government Organization that came into inception in the month of April 2001. HCRA believes in ensuring the quality of life and maximising the opportunities for children with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual disability and other multiple disabilities by incorporating a comprehensive, multidimensional and an integrated approach.

What We Do
Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association (HCRA) Child Sponsorship Program began life as a small project that aimed to provide social welfare services for a handful of disadvantaged children.
